A 21-day program to reignite your love for movement, mindfulness and daily self-nourishing practices. We all go through seasons of shifts and change. Even those of us that have a consistent practice can struggle from time to time, but the real question will always remain: how do we find our way back to those nourishing practices?

Cue Back "LET's ReStart & ReFresh"

This program is specially designed to guide you past the inconsistency gap at a nurturing pace, so you can return to your practices and remember why you love them.

How it Works:

ReStart & ReFresh consists of a gradual build over 21-days with movement practices: 20, 30, 40, 50 and eventually 60 minutes. Each physical practice also comes with a corresponding meditation, journaling exercise which also progresses in duration. As well, there will be suggested Ayurvedic self-nourishing practices to introduce or even re-introduce to bring that wholeness of ease, grace and harmony back into life. This steady approach will assist and support you to build confidence, strength and excitement around getting back into your nourishing practices. I encourage you to repeat these classes, meditations daily before progressing to the next increased duration, but as always - you do you! DAYS 1-5: Let's Get Movin!

20 movement minute practice // 5 minute meditation // 1 minute journaling // 1 Ayurvedic self-nourishing daily practice

Congratulations! If your here taking time to read these words it means you're ready to get back to it and get movin again. We will be starting back with a 20 minute movement practice to remember why you love your movement practice. As well we will bring in a separate and simple meditation and journaling practice. I welcome you back, my friend. Let's do this!

DAYS 6-10: Feeling It Again

30 minute movement practice // 5-8 minute meditation // 2-3 minute journaling practice // 2 Ayurvedic self-nourishing daily practices

Days 6-10 is all about turning up the heat just a bit. We will add on an extra 10 minutes, yes this could mean a tad faster pace, plus adding in some core and general strengthening. Tame enough to ease into things, but just wild enough in that perfect way.

Days 11-15: Spicing Things Up

40 minute movement practice // 10 minute meditation // 3-4 minute journaling // 3 Ayurvedic self-nourishing practices

Oh ya! It's time to build some more heat, confidence and power. Days 11-15 brings in a 40 minute movement practice which is building off of Days 1-10. It is time that we invite the potential to add more challenge - a little jump, skip and hop at a time.

DAYS 16-20: Groovin & Movin!

50 minute movement practice // 15 minute meditation // 5 minute journaling practice // 3-4 Ayurvedic self-nourishing daily practices

All this is coming together as we weave the past 15 days together: strength, fluid movement, core and power. Also now you're ready to join MAGICK ON THE MAT Meditations and remember this is just the beginning to building back the consistency of nourishing yourself body, mind and soul.

DAY 21 - Back To Feeling Nourished!

60 minute movement practice // 15-20 minute meditation // 5 minute journaling practice // 3-5 Ayurvedic self-nourishing daily practices

In this final day of the challenge it's about remember how good it feels to moving the body daily and having built the consistency in all those daily practices that add more ease, grace and nourishment to your life.
