Hello Beautiful, I'm Natasha

As a yoga instructor, fitness professional, Ayurvedic health counsellor and Personal Trainer. I have always been conscious of my health and body. However, after leaving an abusive relationship I began to notice my rigid workout and diet structure wasn't working for me. With the increased stress of being a single parent and sole supporter of myself and son, I began to experienced health issues such as adrenal fatigue, iron deficiency and exhaustion. My innate body wisdom was talking to me and when I was finally ready and open enough to listen I realized I had to remember who I was. This included how I was treating myself through my daily practices such as: my workouts, how I ate, self-care practices from a place of embodiment that was nurturing and nourishing me. No more was I willing to have a routine and structure that depleted me. I needed to build a deep relationship with myself of self-love and understanding. It was from here that I began to deeply study Ayurveda. It reawaken my intuitive wisdom, which I started to bring into my daily practices. My workouts, my food choices and how I ate and my general way of being transformed. These practices and techniques enabled me to heal so I could live in a new way of harmony, ease and grace. I felt empowered and ready to share this incredible wisdom with other women. It is with my 20 plus years of experience, my lifelong pursuit of connecting with my body's innate wisdom and my soul's desire that I share this program with you, to empower you to creating better health & SELF-HEAL!
