I’m Natasha

Ayurvedic counsellor, nervous system guide, and creator of the self-override framework.

My work lives at the intersection of - body wisdom, energetic awareness, pattern recognition, feminine leadership. After years of functioning in survival mode myself, I began to see what burnout really is - A nervous system trained to override truth. Now I help midlife women interrupt that pattern, rebuild self-trust, and lead their lives from steadiness instead of stress. This work is practical. But it is also sacred. Because your nervous system is not separate from your intuition. And your intuition is not separate from how you live.
