Natasha is the host of the INTO YOU WELLNESS PODCAST and author of AYURVEDA: GETTING STARTED & SIMPLE DAILY PRACTICES and a children's book THE SECRET OF THE SEVEN STONES. Natasha is known for empowering and inspiring her students and clients to develop and build a deeper relationship with self that leads to a reawakening of our own self-love and intuitive wisdom. Be tapping into the cyclical rhythms of our life and that of nature open the gateway to creating better health and SELF-HEALING of body-mind-emotions-& spirit. She brings her playful nature to building practices that actually nourishes and supports ourselves, as well as listening and observing ourselves which brings more awareness to address our unique needs in the moment to replenish, rejuvenate and build up of RADIANCE AND VITALITY through NOURISHMENT OF SELF. When she's not teaching or coaching, Natasha is an avid equestrian making the transition from Eventing and Dressage, to the cowboy way competing in Reined Cowhorse events with her quarter horse mare Faith. Natasha lives in Ontario, Canada with her partner Alan and their daughter Avalynn, as well as their 3 dogs Ella, Willow and Mitzy. Teaching Style

Natasha was trained in several styles of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini. She continues to expand her knowledge in Yoga and incorporating her study of Ayurveda to bring an integrated approach to daily movement practices. Her classes weave a combination of humour, alignment and acceptance of being oneself. To challenge self in our practice is to create space for awareness, empowerment and to continue to evolve in our unique journey to well-being and whole-body vitality. Her offerings range from yoga to Ayurveda to ritual.


Now, how can I guide and support you? Well, first of all I can share what I've learned, the practices, the concepts, the science/knowledge that I found to increase happiness, resiliency, adaptability and well-being throughout self on all levels. I can guide you to connect to your own inner intuitive wisdom to make conscious choices that best serve you in the moment. It can be overwhelming, yes I will agree on that one and I'm here to help to break this down so you can take the steps and actions that are manageable and doable for you. So, you can then make choices from a place of awareness that can lead you to create BETTER HEALTH & SELF-HEALING. It's not about fixing you, it's about nourishing yourself & choosing what in the moment will bring you the greatest well-being from a place of SELF-LOVE. This is the place of healing and an abundance of wholeness.

It's important to me...

To become centred, balanced and living my life in a harmonious state with nature. Wellness for me means healthy eating for proper nourishment, taking care of self so I may show up better for others, and to feel connected to myself and my environment.

Staying Centred.

For me part of my self-care includes time spent in nature and with my horses. Being with my animals keeps me honest, respectful and playful. They have always been a big part of my life as it allows me another opportunity to look at life from another perspective and to be able to adapt in the present.
